January was fairly busy on the complex . The weather was a little mixed with some cloudy days but usually warm,\u00a0 the night times though were unusually cold for most of the month.<\/p>\n
We saw many owners out for the new year period,and everybody seemed to enjoy the new year in Tenerife , the celebrations here are really good and the fireworks are fantastic.<\/p>\n
We are into carnival time now in Tenerife and February sees the Santa Cruz carnival which is one of the biggest and goes on for 2 weeks . Los Cristianos carnival is in March,<\/p>\n
Car parking\u00a0 We are receiving many complaints about cars improperly parked in garage spaces, you must park your car within the white lines on your parking space, we have taken the first steps to enforce this on one space in particular, this could be expensive for both owner and the community so please stay within lines to be fair to every other owner.<\/p>\n
The pool bar has changed hands yet again, the lease has now been taken over by Scott and Haley who a lot of you will know as they have been tenants on the heights for many years, Scott got off to a good start by introducing food straight away and his Sunday lunches are going down a storm,people are advised to book as seating is limited. We are sending them our best wishes and hope the pool bar becomes the hub of the complex again where owners can meet and enjoy themselves once more. Good luck Scott and Haley<\/p>\n
