JUNE was warm but a bit cloudy most days and the evenings were still a bit cooler .

There are more people about on the complex now as we are nearing the summer holidays.

Please remember that inflatables are not permitted in the pool area .and children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times when in the pool area. These points are Spanish law and must be adhered to .

Now the weather has changed and is very hot please make sure you use high factor sunscreen and drink plenty of water.

We will keep you informed about new developments in the letting laws etc as soon as we have any news.

We look forward to seeing a lot of owners over the next few months as you come to tenerife for your summer break .
