JULY 2022

July was a very warm month and the complex got a lot busier towards the middle of the month. It was good to see a lot of old faces returning  haveing not been to The Heights for a few years due to covid.

We carried out the retiling of the showers by the pool and Jose started painting the entrance gates and fencing around the front of the building. This work will continue when he returns from his August holiday.

Many owners are still not respecting the no inflatables law in the pool area, this is Spanish law as we don’t have a lifeguard we are not allowed inflatables, only swimming aids for non swimmers are permitted.

I still see a few dog owners walking their dogs on the complex without a lead, it doesn’t matter how good your dog is, you leave yourself open to taking the blame for the odd dog that defecates on the complex whose owners haven’t cleared it up, please keep your dog on a lead then there can be no mistakes when we get a problem.

August is looking busy and back to normal, but please don’t forget if you go on public transport or to any medical facility in tenerife including pharmacies you must  wear a mask as this is still mandatory.

Take care and hope to see you all very soon  Paul
