Rules of the Community

1. Residents shall not make use of communal areas for storing items such as bicycles, suitcases, pushchairs etc. Nor will any ball games or any other activity, which may disturb residents, be allowed on the complex.
2. It is forbidden to make a noise in the apartments that may disturb other occupants of the Community.
3. Any apparatus, such as televisions, sound equipment etc. must be used in such a way that they do not create a disturbance, especially during QUIET HOURS 11:00 pm until 8:00 a.m.
4. Unaccompanied children must not use the lifts. This is for safety reasons.
5. Clothing and laundry shall be dried only on apparatus placed in a position concealed from view and in no event shall hang over balconies. External walls of apartments must not be used for advertising purposes.
6. Household waste shall be put in sealed plastic bags and all rubbish shall be taken to location set aside for this purpose.
7. It is prohibited to keep animals on the complex that may disturb the rest of the occupants. Dogs must at all times be kept on a leash and be accompanied by their owner. Dogs are not permitted in the pool area under any circumstances. Owners will be responsible for immediately clearing away any fouling. Feeding of wild animals or birds is not permitted.
8. The swimming pool and amenities of the Community are for the exclusive use of residents and friends. It is prohibited to use the swimming pools between sunset and 8:00am. Sometimes the pool may be closed for longer periods for routine maintenance. Lilos, large inflatables and airbeds are forbidden in the pools, as they can be dangerous to other swimmers.
9. Use of the pool shall be at the user’s risk. Children must be supervised at all times when in or around the pool. Glasses and bottles are not allowed in the pool area.
10. Residents shall keep their patios/terraces tidy at all times.
11. Iron grills to keep intruders out of terraces must be white and have written approval of the Committee and be of design and quality as agreed by them. Awnings, blinds etc. shall also conform to the colours agreed on by your committee.
12. All owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants and guests.
