April 2026 update
Presidents comments.
Apologies for the delay in sending out this months update.
The AGM is only a few days away, Etelina from Universal Properties has already sent out the Agenda and proxy forms for those who will not be able to attend, as per an earlier update, if you are unable to attend in person, please pass your proxy vote to another owner, Thank you.
The complex has been very quiet since the last update, but I think this is also the case for the surrounding buildings, so this update is a bit shorter than normal.
Complex news/ issues/updates.
Cats are again causing issues on the complex, We are receiving complaints from our cleaners and from owners, mostly on C and D blocks. I have personally spoken to the owner of 5 cats on C block several times, and so has Universal Properties, this person denies its anything to do them. If you do own a cat, please make sure it stays within your apartment/ terrace, and is not free to roam the complex crapping on the gardens and in the corridors outside peoples front doors…etc.
B lift had a problem, the doors were grinding as they opened/closed, OTIS fixed the issue by changing the door rollers, the lift was out of action for around an hour.
The lighting on D block, floors 3/4/5 had issues, this was due to a cable problem, its now fixed.
On Saturday 18th April, the tenant of B402 had a decorative plant pot/plant stolen from outside his front door, I find this very sad, that we have people walking about this complex looking to steal from fellow residents, please keep all your belongings safe on your terrace, and not outside.
I had a video sent to me showing children playing football in the post box area, its against our complex rules, community areas are not play areas, I hope it was a one off, we shall be monitoring this via the CCTV cameras.
The Swimming pool.
New pool umbrellas have been ordered, due to several being damaged by the wind from not being put down when leaving the pool after use.
A large water tank related to the pool has started to leak again, it had a repair last year, we are hoping we can do another repair to fix the problem or it will mean a new tank costing 900 euros.
Library open every Wednesday from 10am to 11am, located by the post boxes . Not open on public holidays.

Starts 11pm till 7am, you can call them on 671 14 66 16. If you have a problem, please call them.
From the night report sheets there has been only 4 instances where his attendance has been needed.
